One of Galbraith's most popular books, this copy has the endpaper signature of Norman Dorsen, and LSE 1955(for London School of Economics), as well as a number of Dorsen's pencilled check marks next to salient points, and one taped-in paragraph from a British newspaper, written by Galbraith in response, possibly, to a review. A near-fine copy in deep blue cloth titled in gilt, and in its original dustjacket, slightly chipped but with the d/j spine detached due to the dryness of the paper. The dustjacket is now in a mylar sleeve. Item #7067
