One leaf, french-folded to 9 "x 12", with the Latin and English texts on the verso and recto pages, with two printed papyrus pop-ups hinged at the fold. The colophon states: "Pumice stone was used to polish surfaces and edges of papyrus rolls. Hand-set in Dante, illustrated, & printed by Catherine A. Baker, The Legacy Press, Tuscaloosa, Spring, 1998. In an edition of 50, this is number 8. The colophon is signed by Catherine A Baker.  Very fine, as issued.

Large octavo, (10 1/2" x 6 3/4"), 12, (ii) pp.  An edition of 200 copies, 100 for a meeting of the Washington Chapter of the AIGA and 75 for the Baltimore Bibliophiles. "Life and Hard Times" was originally a talk given at the Roxburghe Club in 1967 and later printed as a keepsake for the Roxburghe and Zamorano Clubs.  Grover gives impressions of some of the visitors to the Grabhorn Press, including Robinson Jeffers,William Saroyan, Bennett Cerf, Eugene O'Neill, Alfred Knopf, Henry Miller, Edmund Wilson, and Frederic Goudy. Fine, sewn into tomato red wrappers, with a paste-on title label.
