12mo, 27pp., an edition of 200 copies, with lovely small decorations by Ray Holden, printed in green on many pages.. Triangular mild paper crease on leaf 5-6, possibly a paper fault, and faint foxing top the endpapers, else very good and quarter bound in striated green pastepaper on boards, and tan linen, corners slightly rubbed. The verses first appeared in a book issued for Windham's bicentennial in 1892, and recound the story of a frog fight at a local pond in 1754. The present edition was honored aa one of the 50 books of the year in 1935.

One leaf, french-folded to 9 "x 12", with the Latin and English texts on the verso and recto pages, with two printed papyrus pop-ups hinged at the fold. The colophon states: "Pumice stone was used to polish surfaces and edges of papyrus rolls. Hand-set in Dante, illustrated, & printed by Catherine A. Baker, The Legacy Press, Tuscaloosa, Spring, 1998. In an edition of 50, this is number 8. The colophon is signed by Catherine A Baker. Very fine, as issued.

Large octavo, (10 1/2" x 6 3/4"), 12, (ii) pp. An edition of 200 copies, 100 for a meeting of the Washington Chapter of the AIGA and 75 for the Baltimore Bibliophiles. "Life and Hard Times" was originally a talk given at the Roxburghe Club in 1967 and later printed as a keepsake for the Roxburghe and Zamorano Clubs. Grover gives impressions of some of the visitors to the Grabhorn Press, including Robinson Jeffers,William Saroyan, Bennett Cerf, Eugene O'Neill, Alfred Knopf, Henry Miller, Edmund Wilson, and Frederic Goudy. Fine, sewn into tomato red wrappers, with a paste-on title label.

No limitation noted, but the booklet was "hand set in Cloister Oldstyle type and hand printed on dampened Ruysdael all-rag paper".Fine, sewn into tan wrappers with a small b/w title label.
