destination and
means of shipping. In the U.S., books are normally sent via Priority
Mail,
with insurance added for books over $50 in value. This charge is added

the cost of the book, and, in Connecticut, a 6% sales tax is added to
the
total. If you live in another country, a book will usually be sent via
Priority Mail as well, though if it is over-sized, I will let you know
the postage and insurance charges beforehand.
Books may be returned within a week of arrival for any reason. Shipping
