Narrow 12mo (18 x 10cm), unpaged (8pp), printed by Simon Rendall at the Cygnet Press in an edition of 100 copies, and sewn into black paper wrappers with a small white title label. This copy is inscribed by Sparrow, the late warden of All Souls College, Oxford, "Stiles D..Ezell from John Sparrow". He has also made a correction in ink to one word in the text. Fine.

anywhere, at approximate postage cost, which depends on weight,
destination and
means of shipping. In the U.S., books are normally sent via Priority
Mail,
with insurance added for books over $50 in value. This charge is added
to
the cost of the book, and, in Connecticut, a 6% sales tax is added to
the
total. If you live in another country, a book will usually be sent via
Priority Mail as well, though if it is over-sized, I will let you know
the postage and insurance charges beforehand.
Books may be returned within a week of arrival for any reason. Shipping
costs are not refundable unless the book is not as described.
